5-SESSION BUNDLE

  • We will start with a food diary and an initial consultation, where we will discuss your goal and objectives;

  • I will offer a plan to help you achieve that goal, with specific practices that are easy to implement into your life. It will NOT be as simple as “eat more vegetables” or “stop eating sweets”;

  • Once a week, at a convenient time, we will have a call to discuss how you’re progressing with these practices, what challenges you’re facing, and what has been easy for you. All steps will be tailored to fit your lifestyle and needs;

  • You will have five sessions to use over the course of seven weeks. Typically, during the first 2–3 weeks, we will meet more frequently to track your progress and adjustments, and then slightly less often as you settle into the practices.
