1:1 COACHING

  • We will start with a food diary and an initial consultation where we will discuss your goals and objectives;

  • I suggest you plan to achieve this goal using practices that are easy to implement in life. This will NOT be something like "eat more vegetables" or "stop eating sweets";

  • I will be in touch with you 6 days a week, from morning to evening. You can send me a photo of the menu when you are in a restaurant; call from the store, make a purchase; make sure that your dinner plan meets each plan. Or indicate how to use eggplant.

  • I will support you and maintain resistance at the border with the help of coaching technologies;

  • Once a week at a convenient time we will call and discuss how you are getting practice, what is difficult, and what was easy. All steps will be modeled taking into account your life and mood.
